HELLO, I'M CATHY
Fitting into this world is something I have never quite gotten the hang of, even now as an adult!
When I was a young girl, my family and I moved around quite a bit, due to my father's career. I had what I consider a very lonely childhood. I always had a few close friends, but never knowing how long we would be in one place, I built up quite an immense wall around myself. My brother and sister seemed to make friends much faster than I did. It actually felt like my heart hurt each and every time we had to move, and I was once more "the new kid". Looking back on those days, I don't think the trade off in seeing so much of the US compared to developing life long friends was worth the trade off. I did learn how to life amongst all different cultures, for even in one country, the regional differences are vast. I suppose the solitude also helped me hone my observation and detachment skills.
I had a breakthrough in my spiritual life in the late 1980's, when I had contact with a starbeing, and began a very interesting life with these golden beings of light. I wrote a book about these experiences, called Heart's Higher Ground ... Journey of a Starseed, to try to help other people cope with not feeling like they are from here, or belong here. I have opened up my life to share with others, because I have found that sharing and living by example are the best methods of teaching and empowering others.
My spiritual gifts started coming fast and furious in 2001, so that by the time September 11 arrived, I already had an awareness that I was able to do some things that other folks could not, or were not yet aware of. When I think of how much I have been blessed in the past several years, I am in awe. I still cannot fathom why I have been given these gifts, but I put them to good use in helping as many people as I can.
My purpose is to help awaken the spiritual life of as many people as I can reach. What path you walk makes no difference to me, for the journeys are as many and varied as are the ones walking the roads. What I wish for people to realize and accept is that we are not alone here on earth, and that we are all from the same Divine Source. I am here to serve from my heart, and whatever I can do to assist you, to empower you in your own discoveries, is my Joy and Purpose for Being.
